At Rancho Gordo, we take pride in the quality of our heirloom beans and specialty pantry staples. If you are not completely satisfied with your order, please contact us within 30 days of receipt for a resolution or replacement.

Return Process

  Upon arrival, please check your package for any signs of damage or missing items from your heirloom collection.

  Contact Customer Support

  Email our team with your order number and photos of the product if it arrived damaged or does not meet our quality standards.

  Receive Return Authorization

  Once reviewed, we will provide you with a return authorization number and instructions on whether the physical product needs to be sent back.

  Processing Your Refund

  After approval, we will issue a refund to your original payment method or ship out a replacement bag of beans at no additional cost.
