In very limited quantities, we have gorgeous, colored heirloom corn dried hominy. This rare blue corn only needs to be soaked and simmered to be enjoyed. 

The blue corn posole is heartier than our white corn posole. Leftovers can be ground to make superior, albeit unusual, heirloom grits.
